About Us

Olga’s Story:

I’m 25, born and raised in Koluszki, Poland and living in Ireland six years now. I’m a Massage Therapist and Reflexologist working in Dublin. I studied Holistic and Orthopaedic Back Massage at the Holistic College Dublin. I studied Ayurvedic Massage in New Delhi also. My Degree is in Tourism Management and I’ve worked in hotels in Ireland, Sweden and Spain. I love to travel, meet new people, paint, cook and learn new things.

Martin’s Story:

I’m 30, grew up in the West of Ireland but have lived in Dublin on and off for the last 10 years. I’m a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Play Practitioner. My original Degree was in Sculpture and enjoy being involved in community art projects. I absolutely  love being in nature and think that all creative expression be it through art, writing, music, drama, play or nature offer the potential for healing and development towards our greatest potential in life. I’ve worked in USA and Thailand, and studied in Poland. While we travel I would like to learn a lot more about permaculture, sustainable building, farming and living. I hope to meet many interesting people on our journey so that I can share my skills and knowledge and learn new things. I’m open-minded, optimistic, hardworking and playful at heart.

  1. Thanks for reading my post about Honduras. You’ll have no trouble learning about permaculture from people who teach it up and down the west coast. Water for Humans (Seattle) is working in southern Mexico. If you make it to Nicaragua Green Empowerment out of Portland does good work, and the Bainbridge – Ometepe sister islands partnership / coffee collective might have some suggestions for you. Check out my friend adventure biker Willie Weir, he’s done bike trips all over the world. One of his first was Guatemala. Happy travels !

Thanks for the advice Jonathan. Yep we plan to get to Nicaragua at some stage and these little tips are priceless. I will keep those names in mind for when we get down there. Are you still travelling now?
